Tofaktor-autentisering

Tofaktor-autentisering er et ekstra lag med sikkerhet for å sikre at du er den eneste som kan få tilgang til kontoen, selv om andre skulle få tilgang til passordet ditt. Med tofaktor-autentisering logger du inn med noe du vet (ditt passord) i tillegg til noe du har (engangskode på telefonen).

Slik kommer du  igang med tofaktor-autentisering

  1. Last ned enten «Microsoft Authenticator» eller «Google Authenticator» fra App Store eller Google Play på din mobiltelefon. 
  2. Gå til eiendomsverdi.no, velg "Logg inn" og tast inn din e-postadresse og passord.
  3. Dersom tofaktor-autentisering ikke allerede er aktivert, må du nå aktivere det.
  4. En QR-kode vil dukke opp på skjermen din. Ha denne fremme i de neste stegene.
  5. Åpne Authenticator-appen som du lastet ned i Steg 1 for å legge til tofaktor:
    1. For Microsoft Authenticator, se dokumentasjonen til Microsoft. Velg "Other account" når spurt.
    2. For Google Authenticator, se dokumentasjonen til Google
  6. Scann QR-koden, som vises på PC-skjermen, med autentiserings-appen. I autentiserings-appen på din telefon får du nå opp en 6-sifret engangskode.

Du har nå aktivert tofaktor-autentisering. Neste gang du logger inn oppgir du epostadresse og passord som vanlig, deretter blir det generert en kode i autentiserings-appen som du skriver inn i innloggingsfeltet etter du har tastet ditt passord.

How to get started with two-factor authentication

  1. Download either «Microsoft Authenticator» or «Google Authenticator» from App Store or Google Play on your mobile phone.
  2. Go to eiendomsverdi.no, and click "Logg inn" and type in your email and password.
  3. If two-factor authentication is not already enabled, you must now enable it.
  4. A QR code will appear on your screen. Keep this available for the next step.
  5. Open the Authenticator app from step 1 in order to add two-factor authentication:
    1. For Microsoft Authenticator, see Microsoft's documentation. Select "Other account" when asked.
    2. For Google Authenticator, see Google's documentation.
  6. Scan the QR-code, displayed on the PC-screen with the authenticator app. In the authentication app on your phone, you will now receive a 6-digit which you have to type in when asked

You have now activated two-factor authentication. The next time you log in, you enter your email address and password as usual, then a code is generated in the authentication app which you enter in the login field after you have entered your password.
